KB Remodeling & Property Maintenance LLC was founded in 2018. It started as a hobby, but after posting one picture to social media it quickly turned into a business. The amount of requests received after posting the picture made the owner realize that this is more than a hobby; it is a gift that needs to be shared amongst his community. The idea behind the business was to create something that can be passed down to his children, and to eventually provide more jobs for the community. As of today KB Remodeling and Property Maintenance has completed a number of home remodels, and fulfilled many property maintenance request for several companies in the Dayton area. Our goal is to continue to provide a quality service and make sure we leave our clients satisfied. Our top priority is to deliver a product that our clientele is proud to display. We want you to be happy to tell your family and friends that KB Remodeling & Property Maintenance completed the job.

Design & Construction Estimate
We provide a 3D kitchen design with our kitchen estimates; th allows our clients to view the new look of their kitchen before the install is started.
On-Site Consultations
An on site consultation is no charge to you! We will gather enough information to provide an estimate outline via email within 48-72 hours of your appointment. Rates are not discussed during this appointment.
